With the announcement that PRISM is very active with monitoring all traffic on the internet, the need for more security and privacy has become more desperate then before. We can discuss everything about PRISM, and all those other very disturbing tools, but that’s not really my thing. Discussing about how to prevent that others can snoop to you is more the way I want to travel on this website.
We became the BadAsses I guess when they introduced PRISM and their brothertools into the dark shelters of the internet. Everyone who has a connection to the USA, and they don’t mind what sort of connection, is a potential terrorist. All your mails get screened and possible other communications also like Skype, Whatsapp and all those other funny to talk with apps. Even the UN has their own scandal brought to you by the American Government.
But what can we do? If you don’t know much about security and your own privacy, you are literally surrendered to those dicks of NSA and their kiddo tools which are breaking the rules and the constitution over and over again. They don’t care about you, they only care about your information which they get from Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple and more of those companies. They even paid those companies so they could edit their network structure for them. So if you think you are safe with Google “Don’t be evil” and all those other huge companies which tells you that your data is safe with them. Well, you’re simply NOT!
It’s simple, they must comply with the rules of NSA or their company is consorting with the enemy, according to latest documents from Lavabit. Lavabit decided to shut down his company because NSA told him to open up his email servers which has encrypted emails from paying members. He refused to do that, but had to close his business. His statement on Lavabit.com:
My Fellow Users,
I have been forced to make a difficult decision: to become complicit in crimes against the American people or walk away from nearly ten years of hard work by shutting down Lavabit. After significant soul searching, I have decided to suspend operations. I wish that I could legally share with you the events that led to my decision. I cannot. I feel you deserve to know what’s going on–the first amendment is supposed to guarantee me the freedom to speak out in situations like this. Unfortunately, Congress has passed laws that say otherwise. As things currently stand, I cannot share my experiences over the last six weeks, even though I have twice made the appropriate requests.
What’s going to happen now? We’ve already started preparing the paperwork needed to continue to fight for the Constitution in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. A favorable decision would allow me resurrect Lavabit as an American company.
This experience has taught me one very important lesson: without congressional action or a strong judicial precedent, I would _strongly_ recommend against anyone trusting their private data to a company with physical ties to the United States.

So as you can see…having a company in the USA is one hell of a problem lately. If you are not complying with those kids from NSA you are simply a terrorist or eventually helping them which makes you a criminal. But what can we do about it, even when you do not live in the USA? Security and privacy becomes more popular under the normal citizens and that is why BadAss.Sx has been offering his services to everyone.
I will blog the possibilities for my customers and I will setup a forum where we can discuss these problems with each other. Security and privacy are very important these days and it is my job to let you know how you can secure you own privacy and identity on the internet. Just stay tuned while I prepare the blogs for VPN, Firewalls, encryption, anonymous payments and secure email. The time has come…stand up for your rights and fight for your privacy and for the security of your kids.
We are not criminals…..we are BadAsses…..like they all do.
